- Walls: 2-inch by 4-inch framing 16 inches on center, sided with 1/2-inch DuraTemp T1-11, 1/2-inch CDX plywood with vinyl siding, 1/2-inch CDX plywood with LP Lap siding, or DuraTemp with battens (7-foot, 9-inch high wall framing)
- Venting: Two 12-inch by 24-inch garden vents and eave venting
- Roofs: 1/2-inch CDX sheathing over 2-inch by 6-inch rafters 16 inches on center with 12-inch overhangs, drip edge, tar paper, 30-year architectural roof shingles (Dutch roof pitch is 21/7; A-frame roof pitch is 12)
