Standard features:
- Foundations:Â 4-inch by 4-inch pressure-treated landscape ties
- Floors:Â 5/8-inch pressure-treated plywood over 2-inch by 4-inch pressure-treated framing 16 inches on center or 12 inches on center for buildings over 12 feet wide
- Walls:Â Height of 7 feet and 9 inches with 2-inch by 4-inch framing 16 inches on center, sided with 1/2-inch DuraTemp T1-11, 1/2-inch CDX plywood with vinyl siding, 1/2-inch CDX plywood with LP sap siding, or Breckenridge board and batten
- Venting:Â Two 12-inch by 24-inch garden vents and eave vents
- Roofs:Â 1/2-inch CDX sheathing over 2-inch by 6-inch rafters 16 inches on center with 12-inch overhang, drip edge, and tar paper, 30-year architectural roof shingles (Dutch roof pitch is 21/7; A-frame roof pitch is 12)
- Doors:Â 6-foot wide double door with arch trim or transoms and 10-inch antique hinges.
- Windows:Â Two 24-inch wide by 36-inch high windows
